LIGHTWEIGHT AGILITY.
Small in capacity while big on capability, the 2025 TC 125 is equipped with premium components and headlined by its EFI and E-Start technology. Reliably starting with a simple press of a button, once out on track, the TC 125 delivers an exceptional riding experience for riders of all abilities. Revised WP Suspension settings front and rear further improve the balance and straight-line stability without sacrificing the agile handling the TC 125 is known for. The engine is lightweight and equipped with the latest technology including a highly innovative electronic exhaust control system and a lighter crank for improved throttle response and reduced vibration. To maintain its class-leading performance for 2025, the TC 125 is finished with race-tested Dunlop Tyres, ProTaper handlebars, and a polyamide-reinforced subframe to retain its position at the front of the highly competitive 125 cc class. A striking new look completes the changes for the latest version of this 2-stroke racing machine.
With high-revving power and an overall weight of just 17.2 kg (37.9 lb), the TC 125 is at the pinnacle of performance in the competitive 125cc class. The lightweight engine is designed to provide abundant torque making the TC 125 easier to ride for both beginners and seasoned professionals. The TC 125 engine features shaft arrangements that centralize rotating mass for optimal operation with the chassis, resulting in a light and agile handling feel.
The 6-speed gearbox is manufactured exclusively by PANKL Racing Systems and ensures the highest level of durability and reliability. The gearbox features specific motocross gearing, while the gear lever features an innovative tip design that prevents dirt build-up.
The chromium-molybdenum steel frame harnesses advanced geometries and flexes characteristics aimed at providing unparalleled rider feedback, energy absorption, and exceptional straight-line stability. The frame is finished off in a premium blue powder coating with standard frame protectors for superior protection and durability.
High-pressure die cast production processes keep the overall engine weight to a minimum, resulting in a thinner, but overall stronger, engine casing. On the frame side, hydroforming, laser-cutting, and robot welding merge quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques, while an innovative carbon composite subframe features supreme strength at minimal weight.
